3rd Harmonic Component Tester

CLT 10 Component Linearity Tester. Equipment is used for reliability testing of passive electronic components. 
The CLT 10 Component Linearity Tester performs a measurement of the third harmonic distortion of the component under test, and it can subsequently determine whether to reject the component or not on basis of this measurement.

The system consists of the 

  • CLT 10 Measuring Unit and CLT 10 Control Unit 
    which are interconnected through a fiber optic link.

  • The measuring method of the CLT 10 offers a number of advantages compared to other 
    methods of reliability testing.

  • One important feature is the measurement 
    speed which facilitates 100 % production test.
    Although the CLT 10 can be used for 
    testing of all types of passive components, 
    the main application of the CLT 10 is 
    testing of resistors.
