CLT20 Component Linearity Harmonics Tester

CLT10/20 Component Linearity Harmonics Test System. System consists of the CLT10/20 Control Unit and the CLT10/20 Measuring Unit. 
The two units are interconnected through a fiber-optic link.
The system is designed for rack mounting, and is primarily intended for automated reliability tests of passive electronic components. It could, however, be equally well used as a manually operated laboratory instrument.

All impedances are measured by 4-terminals
Input impedance approximately 10Ω
Output impedance approximately 1Ω

For normal resistance range >10Ω and up to 3MΩ the instrument will measure with 2 terminals (as CLT10) this means that the CLT20 will be measure exact the same as a standard CLT10.
Measuring voltage for the low impedance unit is 1/30 of the voltage programmed by the control unit (CU)
Maximum measuring voltage of the low Impedance unit is 1,2V in the range <300 Ohm (36V/30V=1,2V)
In the range 300 Ohm - 3 kOhm is 1,43V the maximum measuring voltage (43V/30=1,43V)
