The HD 9016 Digital Thermometer has the following built-in functions: Automatic cut-out after 8 minutes: AUTO POWER OFF Automatic change of scale: AUTORANGE. Relative measurements: REL.
Stores and displays the maximum and minimum temperature value at each input: REC, DATA CALL. Calculates the difference between the two inputs: A-B. Acoustic signal (beep) after pressing a key. 
Low battery signal (beep) every 30 seconds.

It is available with a large range of type K thermocouple probes in different shapes and configurations for many different applications.
