SINEAX SI 815 Passive DC signal isolator with power supply transfer and without separate
power supply connection, versions available for FSK1 and Ex and non-Ex in housing N17 or S17 for rail and wall mounting.
The signal isolator SINEAX SI 815 serves to electrically insulate the 4…20 mA input circuit of a 2-wire transmitter. It performs two tasks at the same time. Firstly it provides electrical insulation and secondly it conducts the power supply needed for measurement to the 2-wire transmitter without injecting into the circuit itself. Thus the isolator does not require an power supply connection itself.

SINEAX TI 816 500V Passive DC Signal Isolator for DIN-Rail


The Passive DC signal isolator SINEAX TI 816 serves to electrically insulate an analogue DC signal in the range 0…20 mA which depending on version is then converted to a current or voltage 
signal (0…20 mA or 0…10 V). 
It operates passively and does not require a separate power supply, but derives the little auxiliary energy it needs from the DC signal.
Its narrow casing is designed for mounting on different types of standard rails.

SINEAX TI 807 4kV Passive DC Signal Isolator for rail and wall mounting


The Passive Signal isolator SINEAX TI 807 serves to electrically insulate the analogue DC signal in the 
range 0…20 mA which depending on version is then converted to a current or voltage 
signal (0…20 mA or 0…10 V). 
It operates passively and does not require a separate power supply, but derives the little auxiliary 
energy it needs from the DC signal.
The series of isolators also includes "intrinsically safe" explosion proof versions with either an intrinsically safe input signal [EEx ib] IIC or intrinsically safe output signal [EEx ia] IIC. 
They are thus suitable for use in connection with intrinsically safe equipment installed in the hazardous area. The signal isolator is supplied in two different housings depending on the number of transmitter channels to be isolated: SINEAX TI 807-5 with one transmitter channel to be isolated in housing 
Type N17 and SINEAX TI 807-1 with two or three channels in housing Type S17.

The purpose of the Dual Channel Isolating Amplifier SINEAX TV 808 is to electrically insulate input and output signals, respectively to amplify and/or change the signal level or type (current or voltage) of the input signals. 
The amplifier fulfils all the important requirements and regulations concerning electromagnetic compatibility EMC and Safety (IEC 1010 resp. EN 61 010).

The Four Channel Power supply unit SINEAX B 840 provides the DC power supply for 2-wire transmitters.

SINEAX B 811 Power Pack with additional functions and Signal outputs


The power supply unit SINEAX B 811 provides the DC power supply for 2-wire transmitters and transfers the measured variable unchanged to the electrically insulated output. Conversion to a different signal range such as 0…5 mA or 1…5 V (signal converter) is also possible. 
Some versions of the SINEAX B 811 are designed for FSK1 communication.
They are used in conjunction with "intelligent" 2-wire transmitters which are capable of dialogue and operation according to the FSK principle and the HART or user-specific protocol. 
The series also includes "intrinsically safe" versions [EEx ia] IIC with an intrinsically safe measurement/supply circuit. These operate in conjunction with intrinsically safe 2-wire transmitters located in explosion hazard areas. 
Provision is made for monitoring the measurement/supply circuit to detect short and open-circuits. 
Either of these faults is signaled by the fault signaling relay AF and the red LED. 
The output signals A1 and A12 can be set on the DIP switches to have a linear increasing or decreasing response. 
The instrument fulfils all the important requirements and regulations concerning electromagnetic compatibility EMC and Safety (IEC 1010 resp. EN 61 010). 
It was developed and is manufactured and tested in strict accordance with the quality assurance standard ISO 9001.
Production QA is also certified according to guideline 94/9/EG.

SINEAX V 604 Programmable Universal Transmitter DC current voltage, temperature sensor


The universal programmable universal transmitter SINEAX V 604 converts the input variable – a DC current or voltage, or a signal from a thermocouple, resistance thermometer, remote sensor or potentiometer – to a proportional analogue output signal.
The analogue output signal is either an impressed current or superimposed voltage which is processed by other devices for purposes of displaying, recording and/or regulating a constant.
A considerable number of measuring ranges including bipolar or spread ranges are available. Input variable and measuring range are programmed with the aid of a PC and the corresponding software. Other parameters relating to specific input variable data, the analogue output signal, the transmission mode, the operating sense and the open-circuit sensor supervision can also be programmed. 
The open-circuit sensor supervision is in operation when the SINEAX V 604 is used in conjunction with a thermocouple, resistance thermometer, remote sensor or potentiometer.

The combined programmable transmitter with alarm unit SINEAX VC 603 converts the input 
variable – a DC current or voltage, or a signal from a thermo-couple, resistance thermometer, remote sensor or potentiometer to a proportional analogue output signal. It is also equipped with 2 limit contacts for monitoring the input variable. The analogue output signal is either an impressed current or superimposed voltage which is processed by other devices for purposes of displaying, recording and/or regulating a constant. 
The binary output signals of the two limit contact circuits are used for signaling out-of-limit conditions, control purposes and two-point regulation. 
A considerable number of measuring ranges including bipolar or spread ranges are available.
