FLUE GAS ANALYZER
Testo 330-2 Flue Gas Analyzer

330-2 Flue Gas Analyzer. CO, CO2, Pressure, Exhaust Gas, NO, O2, Efficiency.
Flue gas analyzer incl. rechargeable battery and calibration protocol.
The analyzer is a reliable companion, regardless of whether it is for breakdowns or emergencies, when monitoring legal limits or during daily maintenance assignments. It supports the rapid change between measurement and maintenance. The probe can remain positioned in the flue during the initialization phase of the measurement cells. Calibration is completed in just 30 seconds.

  • Instrument diagnosis

  • Automatic analyzer leak test

  • ΔT measurement, flow/return

  • Ambient CO measurement

  • Ambient CO2 measurement

  • Detection of gas leaks using gas leak
    detection probe

  • ΔP measurement for gas pressure

  • Gas/oil flow measurement

  • 200 data sets incl. object address
    and systems number

  • IRDA interface for data transfer to PDA/Notebook

  • USB interface for data transfer to PC

  • Interface to furnaces

  • Display of CO level up to 30,000 ppm

Fuel selection, for example, can also be carried out simultaneously and the analyzer is ready for operation. Instrument diagnosis provides information at the touch of a button about the qualitative status of functions such as on the level in the condensate trap but also on wearing parts, for example, the state of the measurement cells. NO low measurements can be carried out on low NOx burners. For applications in extreme conditions, such as highly contaminated burners, Testo's patented technology guarantees efficient display of the CO level up to 30,000 ppm.
The measurement cell is not subjected to any more strain than during normal measurements.
