5875 Safety Milliohmmeter.
This battery powered Milli-Ohmmeter has been designed for use in applications where the measuring current must be limited to a safe value to avoid damage to delicate components. 

The maximum measuring current is 5mA 
and the maximum open circuit voltage is 
0.8 volts.
The Milli Ohmmeter has a 3 1/2 digit
display and uses the four terminal measurement method eliminating errors
due to the resistance of the test leads. 
It comes complete with Kelvin type test leads - type 5881.
