HD4032 | Digital LED ON/OFF temperature regulator |
This is a temperature controller thermostat regulator with an analog output and an ON/OFF
relay output.
The analog output is in current 4 ... 20 mA (4 mA -L -20oC, 20 mA = +80°
C).
The setting of the intervention temperature (set point) is carried out by pressing the button on
the left of
the front panel of the instrument and turning the knob on the right until the temperature
at which the
relay contact is to open is shown on the display.
Intervention hysteresis may be
adjusted with a trimmer at the rear of the instrument.
The temperature sensor is a Pt100.
If it is connected with 2 wires with a section of 1 mm2, a reading in excess of 0.06°
C/m is obtained.
In order to cut down error a three-wire connection is advised, with the third wire connected to terminal 2.
The thermostat may be used either for heating or for cooling, simply by moving the jumper at the rear of
the instrument.
When the jumper is in HEATING position, the relay is energized if the probe temperature is lower than the
set temperature; when the jumper is in COOLING position, the relay is energized if the probe temperature
is higher than the set temperature.
Resolution: 0.1° C.
Display: LED, height 12.7 mm.
Precision: 0.2° C ± 0. 1 % of reading + probe tolerance
Connection: with two or three wires.
Power supply: 12÷24 V= 3VA.
Hysteresis: 0.7 ... 6° C.
Working temperature: -5...+50° C.
Dimensions: front panel 78 x 48 mm
iinstrument body 72 x 42 x 78 m.
