The EPS/AWG Arbitrary generator for the control of power supplies via analog interface.
It is used for Simulation of electrical systems regarding different influences, charging cycle for any battery type,
test of solar inverters, simulation of voltage fluctuations in electricity mains.
The arbitrary generator provides two output channels (0-10V) to control the progress of voltage and current
over time.
Using spread sheets or a text editor the control files can easily be prepared.
The files are transferred into the arbitrary generator via USB. After that the »EPS/AWG«
operates independently from a PC. Each program step contains values for voltage, current and time.

Time steps can be set from 1ms to 120h. Up to 5000 steps are allowed for a single program. About 500 programs can be filed within the unit. I/O-signals are provided to start the programs of several units synchronously. The unit has a two lines display with the display of the process designation in plain text (example of the curves provided). Further characteristics of the arbitrary generators are the rise/rate of fall 2 µsec, dissolution 12 bits, smallest time unit: 1 ms, largest time unit: ~ 5 days. Optional is a DinRail and/or 19inch design as well as a Micro SD-Card (1GB) available and a Worldwide-Set »EPS/AWG PS UNIV«: for many countries applicable power supply, incl. user manuals in English and Spanish.
